In Holiday, Florida, it is reported that one person was killed during a boat accident. The boat crash occurred in Pasco County and left several other people injured.
According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, 59 year old Michael Billiris of Tarpon Springs died after two boats collided with each other in Anclote River. Investigators believe the impact of the crash caused Billiris' vessel to exit the river and enter mangroves that were close by.
Those injured include a passenger in the victim's 21 foot vessel and three other people who were onboard the second boat. Al injuries were non-life threatening.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says it will continue to investigate.
