Wal-Mart finds itself embroiled in yet another lawsuit, this time concerning its store in Memorial.
Rosalynn Little claims that she slipped and fell in her local Wal-Mart while shopping on June 22, 2009. In her claim filed on March 14 in the Harris County District Court she is suing for negligence and actual damages. Little goes on to explain that a clear and slippery substance was on the floor of an aisle at the Wal-Mart locatd at 2700 S. Kirkwood Road. Since there were no signs to alert her of danger, she is now holding the store accountable for her injuries.
When she goes to court again Little will be represented by Stephen Boutros of Houston.
