Officers are searching for the man responsible for taking another man's life last week in the state of Florida.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the victim, a 38-year-old man, was heading north on a local interstate when a white car rear-ended him. Although the victim was wearing a seat belt, the impact was severe enough to cause him fatal injuries. His passenger, however, sustained only minor injuries and is expected to make a full recovery.
Police say that the second vehicle, a white car, fled the scene of the auto accident before they arrived.
After speaking with eyewitnesses about the auto accident, officers are now searching for a white car that has serious front-end damage. The department is urging the public to come forward with any information they may have about the incident.
